I put together a UOA comparison between RL and LE607 based on rworne's and my UOA's and later in the post a comparison between Mobil 1 and RL HD Shockproof from Xviper's UOA's so that it easier to read and compare. Here is a link to a BITOG thread that I posted that shows this comparison.

I saw my sample there and I can give you a clue about my driving style:

Commuting, occasional canyon runs (2-3x per year) and no track time. I also never dropped the clutch. The car spends most of its time on surface streets in stop & go traffic. So, aside from the stop-and-go nature of the traffic, I'm pretty easy on the car.

The OE fill was nasty. I let it drain as much as possible, but I am pretty sure there's a ton of crud in it.

I also have a Mobil 1 diff sample sitting nearby that I have neglected to send in for quite a few months.

What, if any, is the recommended flushing procerdure for the housing after you drain the oil? Or would a more frequent change interval help to ensure minimal build up of sludge.

While I am no expert at diffs, the only thing I can think of that is guaranteed safe and easy is to change the fluid, drive around for a few miles, then change it again. It's wasteful though.

Yes, LE1605 replaces LE607 (discontinued). It is a SAE110 GL5 gear oil and is an outstanding choice for the S2000.
