Default unusual clutch feeling after break-in...

ok so I ended up putting in the Comp. Clutch stage 2 setup with the 11lbs flywheel. When I first got it installed the clutch pedal felt lifeless...it would go down to the floor with no effort at all, easier that the gas pedal. It was hard to get use to but after 500 miles or so I was getting use to it.

Well after about 600 miles the pedal started to feel a little hard to push down, more like what a stage 2 clutch should feel like. I figured it was starting to break in. Well then one day I got in the car and it went to the floor like nothing again...It felt like it was not doing anything and hesitant to release it in gear I slowly left off and felt it grabbing. I was scratching my head. I drove and after 10 minutes of driving it went back to feeling hard....strange

well now I am around 1500 miles into the clutchs life and any time I am at a hill or need to slip the clutch at all the clutch will go limp and fall to the floor just as easy as the gas pedal with no resistance. After a few pumps the clutch will go back to feeling like a stage 2 again.

The disengage point on the clutch never changes. its always the same, just feels weightless and then back to a stage 2 feeling. anyone have this problem???

oh also, when my clutch feels like its a stage 2 when pressing the pedal in it feels kind of odd, sort of like mushy...the only way I can describe it is like this...if you have ever taken a mouth full of JELLO and mashed it through your teeth it feels like that but on my foot...just odd feeling

First thing I would suggest is pop the hood and check the fluid level in your clutch master cylinder's cup. If the fluid is low, it could be causing this issue. I had the same problem and it ended up being a leaky and bad clutch slave cylinder, which I hear is common in early AP1s.

would it be leaking through the engine bay? i have had 0 drips from my car. I park it on a piece of carpet to monitor everything very closely. I will pop the hood before I go out and double check. I would love it to be something this easy.
