Where can I get spark plugs and what kind do I need? I can't find a DIY for it and I have no clue how.

You can purchase them at Honda or you can get ngk laser platinum from a parts store. The gap is different but my 40k miles on them says they are okay. If you are in the us or heavily populated other region just post a thread in your local forum asking for help.

youngjae, I just purchased ngk laser platinum for $10.54 shipped/per at amazon. Came in 2 days and all is well.

Did you try the "MAP WHACK"?

No I haven't I don't know how to do that and don't really trust myself to mess with the engine stuff.

i kinda skimmed thru the post. if u are only experiencing this at low rpm and not high. its either the map sensor (do a map whack, very easy go on google and type in s2ki mapwhack also get a zip tie to make sure the connection is tight if that dont work then it might the map iteself) or a vacuum leak. to find a vacuum leak. go to a autostore and ask them about starter spray bottle. spray it around your intake manifold and if your rpm goes up. bamm u found a leak.

+1 The only reason people have found it affective is due to unplugging the MAP when they take it off and plugging it back in creating the connection again. Most issues regarding the MAP are due to a loose electrical connection. Like Billman stated I would clean the IAC and for shits and giggles go ahead and replace your spark plugs. Depending on how long you've had the car it would probably be a good idea to anyway.
