Okay cool, ill wrap them with electrical tape and fasten them. Can anyone take a picture of there fuse box just to see where they go plugged in, there's a few slots they could fit into.

They probably DON'T go to the fuse box. I'm not 100% sure, but the yellow one looks like the plug that goes into the starter safety switch attached to the clutch pedal. Since you can start the car without pushing the clutch in, and that plug is shorted, this would add up. The white one may be for the other switch similarly attached to the clutch pedal for the cruise control. If so, I would plug that one back in. I can't think of any good reason you'd want it bypassed.

This is correct.

What you are seeing is an improper clutch pedal bypass.

The YELLOW one can remain disconnected and jumped. This allows you to start the car without pushing in the clutch. WARNING this will also allow the car to start in gear. The car will then have the ability to start and take off on its own.

The WHITE one is for the cruise control cancel via the clutch. I recommend you plug it back in.

Into the cruise control switch. Look up under the dashboard, specifically the clutch pedal.

Cruise switch is reference designator B in the picture below:
