unplugged wires into fuse box, where do they go?

Default unplugged wires into fuse box, where do they go?

No I usually start the car in nuetral with the clutch out. Why? What does that have to do with those plugs?

looks liek the clutch wires needed to rewire for bypass, I did the same in my car

So its safe to just leave them there? It's not going to harm my car in any way?

If they are the clutch interlock, please at least wrap them with electrical tape and nylontie them out of the way...

That's the thing, I don't know what they are. The last onwner had them like that and I never noticed.
