Inner rear pads have a small centering pin and pad wear indicator.

I am having the same issue with my rear rotor, but on the outside.
Just had the bearing on the same side replaced.
It was perfectly aligned and true. Seeing as op has the same issue but on the inside, but i dont.
what could cause this on the outside?

(No threadjack intended)

arent worn wheel bearings due to not torquing down the axle nuts to 220-240 ft/lbs? Also from what Ive read, low offset wheels help contribute to bad wheel bearings due to the way how the load is placed on the wheel, dont quote me on that.

hopefully this may help, does anyone know if the inner pads with the nub will only fit on the in board side of the caliper? Meaning can I put the pad with the nub on the out board side of the brake disc?

you would need to cut the audible pad warning bar that is on the inner pad perfectly smooth in order for it to fit.

are you talking about that long bent pin looking thing? If so, I know those are in the in board side of the caliper. Is that correct?
