Under vehicle chassis tie downs

Under the car on the frame rails just inside the lift points there are 4 oval holes in the chassis where the cars are tied down during shipping. Should there be rubber plugs in those oval holes? Thanks. Keith

only if you live up north. from the factory all new cars come with a set of rubber plugs in glove box if the pdi guy put them there. they are designed to keep salt from snowy roads from getting in there. if you live south of the carolinas i say no you dont need them.
