Im real excited, i wasted about $700 at stupid honda dealership with no luck so im happy its finally fixed even though its a work-around fix...
What i did (in my above posted picture showing the evap lines on the intake mani) is disconnect the vacuum line from the purge solenoid (just like its shown disconnected in the picture) and capped it off and put a screw in the hose and zip tied it.

Is your car throwing a CEL...? I've also heard of similar symptoms being cause by a weak battery and/or alternator, head your local auto store so they all the above can be tested.
And yes, if your vehicle is under warranty they should be able to help you out...
