I have the chance to get myself a replacement rocker cover in order to paint it so my car doesn't have to be off of the road. I have a '00 JDM s2k but the person I am purchasing from has a UK <MY04 rocker cover for sale... I am guessing that it is purely age and not the different regions that allocate the different rocker cover? So this cover should fit my engine perfect...?
Quick response would be helpful as I'll need to know by tomorrow
Otherwise I will just buy it then inform you guys for certain just for future reference
and maybe add a for sale thread also lol.
Cheers though

In the US, the 04 cover and 00-03 covers had a differant PCV Valve. So to do what you are asking, you may need to swap PCV Valve too. But as far as I know the covers are the same world wide.
I had a JDM AP1 cover and I run a US 04 cover on my USDM 02 car.
So take the chance, you should be just fine. I would bet on it.

Yeah I was pretty much certain that it would fit (in my head) but was just wandering if anyone had any definite answer ![smile.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Will tell you when I get it anyway?

In the us at least, the ap1 has 2 cam sensors...and somewhere in the ap2 (don't know the year) they went to only one sensor...I would think if the one you are getting has the same number of sensors in the same locations, you will be ok.
