Default Turbo timer ?'s

I was wondering if it is possible to hook a turbo timer up to the S@K. I have a my00 S/C. I was looking at the GReddy. Anyone know if it will work on the S2K??? How do I hook it up????? What is the best one to get???? Not sure if this belongs under the hood or in the electronics fourm. Mods please move if it does not belong here.....
Thanks Kenny.
I also need to know how to hook this up..... That is the Greddy

Get one with an alarm. Most aftermarket alarms with remote start now have a built in turbo timer function.

Looks like you already got the greddy though. Your best bet would be to take a tester and open up the ignition module in the steering rack and test out the wires. Which ever for ignition, lights, always on power, etc.

Why do you want a turbo timer with a supercharger? It doesn't make any sense to me.

I don't get it. You don't have the same heat/oil coaking issues with a SC as a turbo.

I had the A'PEXi Turbo Timer installed on my S. The shop that did it took about 40 mins to hook it up. It A'PEXi doesnt offer a harness so it had to wired into the factory wires.

I did not no that a S/C would not cook the oil like a turbo. I did not want one for show. I always let the car idel for a little b-4 I turn it off. Guess there is no reason for the timer. Thanks a lot......

I have different idea. for vortech system, there's oil line fed from oil pan to supercharger. and I believe that oil should be drained from the line so it won't cloak the line. so I use turbo timer to idle it for 2 min.

I have compustar alarm that has turbo timer capability. it's pretty good that it has about a mile range (what they claim).
