As long as you don't melt it, I don't see an issue.
Unless you consider the corrosion that occurs between 2 dissimilar metals when attached. NSX's steel bolts are all plated to prevent corrosion between the aluminium suspension/body parts and the steel fasteners.
The pistons and head are aluminium. As you allready know the exhaust manifold is stainless steel, and see's higher temps than the head and pistons.
I'd rather use stainless in the exhaust system for corrosion resistance, but that's a personal preferance.
Aluminized steel tubing can last a good long while before rusting out.

With a gasket in between the two mating metals, there isn't going to be wear at that point but I guess through the bolts there would be.
Another benefit to aluminum is it's weight.
