Tuning with differential gear in.
I have a little confusion about this and maybe someone can clarify.
When running/tuning on a Dynapak or mustang Dyno, the Hp/tq curves are calculated based on the wheel power.
Having modified a differential gear i.e. 4.44 or 4.77 swap. You should have a false HP gain, or not? (assuming no adjustment are made on the dyno)

Yes, the numbers will be off. If you want true numbers, a simple mathematical calculation will give you a correction factor for the tuner to plug into the dyno computer.
Say, if stock is 4.1, and yours is 4.44, then correction factor will be like 4.1/4.44= 0.9234. So if your dyno max HP reading is 350RWHP STD correction, then your real number is: 350*0.9234=323, as compared to other S2000s dynoed in the same gear, i.e. 4th.
But acceleration will still feel good as 4311!
