Hey guys, I get a tugging feeling when I first drive my car in the mornings, after I get out of my neighborhood and acutally accelerate up to a decent speed the feeling is gone, generally doesn't come back until the next day. Has anyone experienced this? Its only at low speeds, if I accelerate moderately it usually goes away. I do have J's 4.44's, 2 way LSD, and driveshaft spacers, stock clutch. It almost feels like its the springs in the clutch getting weak or something. Its pretty hard to explain haha.
Another thing my car does is buck like crazy, I think the two are unrelated, part throttle over a rough surface the movement of the throttle starts a series of bucking that sometimes becomes ridiculous. My car has a lot of mods and the throttle response is about as good as it gets. I either end up letting off the gas or accelerating moderately when on this type of pavement which isn't ideal for either case. Not sure if this is related but after installing the yellow jacket(hope thats right) to correct the speedo at certain speeds my cruise will surge. I'm also running a big bore throttle body, not sure if that will make the car do such, its an OE TB I had bored out by MaxBore. That's all lol, thanks for any help or insight, ShocK.

I brace my foot against the trans tunnel to keep the bucking to a minimum I get it on slow rough roads my a/c pulls hard sometimes when the motor is cold but that may be a setting in the aem modify driving habits am should get better

I think the clutch springs are weak and causing the tugging when the car first takes off, I let my friend drive the car and he shifted it abruptly and after he quickly released the clutch the same sort of tugging feeling occurred only more frequently. Its almost like a ratcheting effect, the clutch isn't slipping or anything just seems the springs in it have gotten weak over the years. I never let the rpms drop when I shift since I have the light flywheel and I think this is why I have never been able to duplicate the problem.
Apparently a lot of us have the wild bucking problem haha, maybe those of you with standalone controlling the DBW (if any) can figure out how to slow down the TB when at part throttle -.-
