Trouble starting with new head build

i torqued the head bolts a additional 90 since i bought new ones, my compression is a little higher than stock reading 230+....the G101 is bolted down already (the ground in the back of the head)...bought a new map sensor and double checked all wiring with a voltmeter and still the car does the same thing.

i also think its running rich too..i smell excesive petro/carbon comming from the exhaust but maybe thats just me..
Can i flash a 04 ecu on a 00 engine? or does immobilzer affects that? since 00-03 uses imobi1 and 04-06 uses imobi2
If i can just flash the ecu over i think ima try that tommorow
