Trouble with clutch
Hey everyone! My ap1 is having some trouble. I can barely shift it. Its tough putting it in any gear and when it does go in, it doesnt go in as smooth. so im kind of at a loss of what is going on. i checked the clutch fluid and it is practically black. im changing that tomorrow but just in case anyone has any suggestions on what it may be?

What was the level of the clutch fluid? I would change it, check under the car and make sure everything looks proper. Have you done anything abnormal lately with the car, e.g burnouts, racing, etc.

That is how mine started acting when I was at WTDX, It felt mushy and it would barely go in gear, eventually my clutch pedal got stuck in the all the way up position and I couldnt get it in gear at all. I believe my clutch is fine, I might have a bad master or slave cylinder. I replaced my slave this past weekend but I don't think I bled it right so I will try again tonight if I get a chance, I may also replace the master since I found a bit of fluid on the clutch pedal. Check both the master and slave for leaks.
the reason I believe my clutch is fine, is that Billman bypassed it and I'm able to drive it by starting it in gear and then rev matching it through the gears. That's how my friend drove it back for me from the dragon, back to chicago without a problem.

I swapped out my slave and it wasn't that. I think I may have a bad throw out bearing. I need to replace my whole clutch anyway since I'm going more boost. I guess I'll find out what the problem was when they remove it. But it still sounds like the same symptoms I was having before it completely locked up on me and wouldn't let me engage the clutch at all.
