Transmission Temp...
Hi Everyone,
Has anyone connected a transmission gage to their transmission. I have got the gauge installed in the interior, but I don't know where to attach the sensor. I would prefer to not drill/tap a hole (that's scary)

I'd look into drilling and tapping the drain plug. The plug sits below the oil level in the trans, and is much more easily replaced than the transmission case. Depending on the size of the sender, I wouldn't hang to much weight on the plug.
I don't think overheating the trans fluid is much of an issue, even for the hardcore track junkies. Adding a trans temp gauge wouldn't be high on my priority list, I'd go for engine oil temp or diff temp 1st.
