Could it be the dreaded clutch buzz?

Take a look at your VIN. Is the number before the "T" 1999 or 2000? Technical service bulletin (TSB) 00-054 covers a deceleration buzz as you describe (and other board members are noting). It is very common on the 2000 and early 2001's. If you have a buzz when decelerating from 4K to 3K you may have this issue. Honda did not provide a specific VIN range for this issue. Do a search on TSB 00-054 and you can probably get a copy here somewhere.

i have find de HONDA Service Bulletin 00-054 Buzzing From the Engine or Transmission While Decelerating
(Supersedes 00-054, dated March 20, 2001)
http://downloads.hondatech.info/Auto/Servi...000/A00-054.pdf

it says: de problem is clutch disc,
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the clutch disc with the improved clutch disc
PARTS INFORMATION
Clutch Disc: P/N 22200-PCX-055, H/C 6855126

Ok so I got back from a Honda Dealer, i was getting new pcv valve for my prelude and I asked them about TSB. They told me my car is not covered for the reason off this is only for cars that have warranty on them. Well that blows. I will stop by another dealer just to make sure!
