Yes, it's good for our diff as well.
It's was stupidly expensive (over $40 bottle) at my dealer though so I went with another brand on my last change.

Honda list it to be used on these cars:
CR-V diesel AT 10-12YM transfer assy
Legend 07-10YM transfer assy
S2000 00-09YM rear differential
Pilot & Ridgeline 09-13YM transfer assy

I use a mix of Red Line MT-85 and MTL in the gearbox. In the rear end I mix 50/50 M1 75-90 and M1 75/140. Over 130k miles and I get no metal or fuzz on the rear end drain bolt. Went 30k miles last time on the rear gear lube and it came out as clean as the new gear lube that went back in. I change the transmission fluid yearly.
