s2000maniac

I have had this issue since I can remember. So basically whenever I put the car in reverse and slowly let out the clutch, as soon the car begins to move and I push the clutch pedal back to the floor I hear this "clunk-clunk". The car drives fine and shifts fine. The clutch fluid is new and the trans fluid was just replaced. So I'm wondering what's causing this? Clutch was replace at 90k and now have 149k miles.
