My 3rd gear set is being replaced @ the dealer due to popping out of 3rd gear. I recently had the 2nd gear tsb performed and apparently there is still an issue.

SOOOo while the tranny is out what mods should i do?

They are only charging me $45 bucks to install a lighter flywheel into my Ap2. What else can you guys think of which would save me mucho labor dollars while my tranny is out?

clutch.... you pay the same in parts now as you will in labor to have it done later, plus the parts again, so might as well do that now

short shifter if that's your thing

AP1 flywheel.

Hmmm clutch and flywheel are all I can think of.

Shoft shifter can be done without dropping the tranny so it's really not necessary unless you want to kill two birds by not having to bring the car back again.
