Default Tranny rattle

Boosting into 3rd last night, as soon as I got into 3rd it shot it out.....now when have the clutch in motor sounds strong no problems, when I let the clutch out its rattles from what I'm guessing so far is the tranny. Any gear, as long as I'm letting the clutch out. Sounds similar to a rod knock in the tranny. It's a pretty harsh sound but will still go into every gear and drive, not that I am. Car is making 387whp on a low 10lb break in tune off spring pressure. Ap1 tranny

Im thinking its the TO bearing....only thing i can think of that would cause a knock in the tranny...
