Default tranny problems please help

When the engine is off and I disengage the clutch, I can shift through all 6 gears and reverse with no problems. Then when I start up the engine I CANNOT SHIFT into any gear. What gives?? I have replaced the master clutch cyl. and slave cyl. and bleed the system. This part was done correctly according to the service manual. Does anyone know what would cause this problem?

I had the same prob on an Accord master and slave change. It turned out the rod that comes out of the master was not adjusted right. Make sure the bolt that connects the master rod to the pedal is adjusted to get as long a stroke as possible. This gives max hyd. pressure to the slave.

Your clutch may not be disengaging.

yup, clutch isn't disengaging. put it in 1 or R with the clutch pedal all the way to the floor. if your car moves any, then adjust that pushrod

Okay, I just adjusted the rod to where it is cratered inside of the end of the pedal bracket and it still does the same thing. Any more suggestions?
