tranny problems or clutch problems
i had honda change my clutch due to a bad pressure plate. they changed flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, TOB, Fork, and bearing for TOB as well as the master cylinder. i notice now whenever i shift i hear a sound like a very soft grating noise (not like gear gridning) twice per shift once when i step on the clutch to shift then once i select the next gear and lift off the clutch pedal. see below
Clutch in to disengage *GRATE SOUND*
select new gear 1 up gear
release clutch to reengage *GRATE SOUND*
very soft noise coming from the driver front side. i am just hoping this is nothing bad. clutch engagement is fine, no grinds from transmission just that sound!

yea sir no noise when off or even when engine is on. only time is during the shift. it shift perfectly but it has that weird noise sort of like a grating sound. it's like if you take a tie wrap hook it up to a bicycle spokes on the wheel and ride that grating sound is what i hear only from drivers seat whenever i shift moderately fast to super fast there is that sound on disengage and engage of clutch to the forward gear or if downshifting to the previous gear. kind of worried....that's all.

This is just a guess as it's difficult not hearing what you hear or even to be able to feel the car as it does this thing.
It could be to do with some rotational thing (under load) in the drivetrain. Perhaps your clutch disc or flywheel or PP is making this noise when they engage and disengage with each other. Perhaps it could be your propshaft joints making that sound when power is added or removed.
It's all OEM clutch parts, right?

yes all OEM parts. noise is just a funny sound. the car shifts fine with no problems it's just i can hear that noise... as xviper said above is it common to hear noise when they engage and disengage. that's what it sounds like from gear to gear.
