I have the redline fluid in my S and I just changed my girlfriends transmission fluid in her S to the GM syncro mesh like an hour ago. Havent had any problems with the redline stuff, but I hear good things about GM so I tried it in her's.
Her trans is really notchy in every gear even when the cars off. She had it warrenty repaired a while back and I dont think they reassembled right. If you push the shifter to the right towards reverse side it will stay there, it wont spring back to the center.
I got the syncro mesh stuff from the Chevy dealer. They had a ton of it. 10 bucks a bottle.
