unless you get combustion blowby and dirt in your tranny, every couple thousand miles is a bit overkill. your best bet is to understand how the oils themselves work to lubricate the moving parts of a vehicle.

i use E.V.O.O. mmmmm yummy.
keeps the food from sticking.

Obviously my mind is made up, Im not asking whether or not I should do it, I am asking for your thoughts. Pay attention.....
I paid attention the first time.

You have heard the gospel from the Messiah. Again, why ask the question of a bunch of "average Joes" on the Internet? So that you can mock us for how wrong we are if we disagree with the president of Spoon? Or just to waste bandwidth? Help me out here. Why would you want to hear our opinions when you've accepted the word of the Master?

ps: I wasn't drunk when I posted the original response, but I'm close now. Were I sober, I'd probably not bother to respond again.

I just finished putting LE in my Diff and the GM friction modified fluid in the tranny. On my MY00 with 6,000, it made the shifts noticably smoother! No more nothcy feeling at all. I'll probably put 1,500 miles on it this season, so I doubt I have to worry about it "breaking down" for a while

Motor on!
