why not take it back to the shop that installed it when you first noticed the bolt missing and others being loose, and fluid leaking out?

Also the enter key would help with this reading, Details are good - just a little FYI before some one throws the on

I had a pretty tough time getting through your whole post

but

I will throw out these lil golden nuggets of info regarding your driveshaft:

-If you drive w/o driveshaft bolts on.... A LOT of grease will come out... Not sure what happens if you drive w/o grease in the driveshaft join... we'll see in a couple months

-If your driveshaft bolts are falling off/half missing - the little "collars" that group the 6 bolts into 3 groups of 2 will start hitting your driveshaft tunnel

But they will only hit when you make hard right turns.

You will hear/feel it in your center console

remember (when you are sitting in the car) .. Your tranny ends pretty much where your shifter is. If the noise is coming "after" your shifter, its probably your shaft / diff / something in the rear

That liquid you saw might be the fluid inside the prop shaft... Check to see if there are any scratches or cuts from a cuting wheel etc... Sometimes when those bolts get stuck and strip, they need a little help coming off... they might have cut too deep and penetrated the rubber sac inside the shaft. Definitely take it back to the shop that did this

thanks for the comments.

there isnt anything hitting the tunnel but it sounds like there is...thats what kind of noise it is a loud clunking in first and net. completly stopped

the shop says its not there fault and they said they would replace the bolt...however, i already did so there not going to do anything...so im left to bite the bullet

take it apart and put it back together correctly...i suppose you should be able to find the problem when you do that.
