Tranny going out?
Ever since I had the car I noticed a slight notchyness sometimes. It doesnt happen everytime I drive it but most of the time. I replaced the clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, and Clutch master cylinder. The car is so far gone now the it grinds every gear everytime!! It also make a huge KLUNK noise everytime I shift. Its getting annoying, and I am lost for what the problem is now. Im going to try and flush out my fluid again and see if that helps (did it around 15k ago) but if it doesnt then it has to be a bad tranny?

could be a bad throw out bearing? Possibly? I can hear mine also. Anyone chime in? If need be ill replace the tranny. Maybe I can replace the disk with an 03 disk (clutch-buzz is killing me) and a new OEM TOB. Along with the tranny fluid change. See what that does.

In the order easy > difficult:
#1 - check pedal free-play = mechanical linkage free play may be adjusted to (close to) 0
#2 - bleed the slave off the trans with the bleeder pointed upwards to get ALL the air out.
#3 - make sure the clutch master isn't leaking = common point is behind the carpet at the firewall. Fresh fluid flush may fix it.
#4 - was the FW + PP a good combination? What brand/type?
#5 - were the transmission inputshaft splines cleaned and lubed during clutch install?

1-4 Is covered. The car did it way before I re-placed my clutch. I had the clutch replaced by a Honda tech, one of my buddies who has recently moved away. It has to be something inside the transmission. Lke the imput shaft or something.
