Why don't you ask your buddy with 12.7, M3 beating S2K what he thinks, he seems to be an expert?
LMAO

OP this is a prime example of what being a dick online gets you.

Change your fluid with honda fluid. If your M3 buddy says otherwise, do what he says and report back. We know nothing about our cars. Actually none of us here actually own, drive or do our own work on S2000's.

Your shifting problems are from your rusted spline in the disc or low/dirty clutch fluid.

Your hesitation is a bad MAP sensor, or one that is in need of the map whack.

Unlike your buddy, I'm right ask anyone who posts here. Or follow up on my advice, your car will be faster than your buddy. Trust me

thanks so much bill man and so far ive done a tranny fluid change and wow what a difference no more grinding , no more rough shifts , shifts very smooth now . i havent hit it yet to see if it has that slipping or hesitation on the higher rpms but so far im happy with the results . next imma try map whack and replace clutch fluid . n thanks again

ive floored it n its showing the same sypmtons as before in the high rpms . i step on it and once it gets to like 7 to 7.5k rpms its like stays reved there for about 2 seconds then it goes to redline . i think its my vlutch going bad since the clutch has never been changed before . imma try changing the clutch fluid and bleeding it . but what you guys think
?

Hesitation has to be the map whack and would be an easy test to possibly fix. Honda's MTF is really underrated.

I've just changed my tranny fluid to "GM SYNCROMESH" and it definitely feels much smoother. Noticeable difference. I would give that a shot.
