I've used the Honda MTF, and just getting fresh fluid made a huge difference in the clunkyness. But it didn't stay that way for long. After about a few weeks, it seemed as clunky as ever. I used the Pennsoil Syncromesh MTF (I think its the same as the GM Syncromesh MTF) the last time and it didn't seem to help initially as much as the fresh Honda stuff, but it's more consistant.

I used lubromoly Manual transmission fluid before, i think it works well. But afterwards people told me it's too thick for our car, since lubromoly is often used by european cars, then I switched back to Honda's manual fluid.

If you don't have any grind or heat problems, Honda MTF.

If you do, a 50/50 blend of Redline MTL & MT-90, or GM Syncromesh.
