So...why not take it back to the dealer and ask why he told you that the tires need to be pumped up. That's misinformation on something you asked about PRE sale. Not sure that's legal. But you may have a hard time getting them to admit to anything.
Also unsure why you didn't ask them to fill the tires before you took the car. That would have demonstrated that the light was not related to tire pressures.
Anyway, maybe there is a missing or bad fuse for the VSA system. Or a wheel speed sensor is gone/missing. Does your ABS work?
The VSA defaults to ON. You can turn it off by holding the button. Turning it OFF will make the triangle light up. When you turn the car off, and then back on again.... the VSA will turn itself back on.
That's how it works normally.
