Hmmm, small problem if you plan on buying this stuff regularly. Toluene is a List II Watched Chemical for the DEA. Purchases beyond 55 gallons or repeat purchases may be investigated by the DEA. Toluene is watched because it is a precursor for the manufacture of Cocaine, PCP, and P2P, among other narcotics.
