I did another datalog just now and i believe I hooked up my wideband correctly this time. Analog 7 for me. Also, Im no expert but the injector duty cycle sky rockets when high cam tries to initiate. I am not sure how to look at AFR through datalog.

Click on define template to ad your AN7, you probably also need to adjust the sensor range.
The readings in the log do not seem correct on the AFR though, did your gauge read the about the same?
Maybe try and lower the smoothing on the analog input and see if it helps.
Boost duty drops significantly for some reason, not sure why but I've never really been interested in boosted tunes

It's also really weird that you injectors open 100% after you let off the throttle and AFR still remains almost unaffected.
Wonder if Billman meant VTEC on? If so it looks like it's behaving correctly.

What is the tuner's explanation, for what is happening?
Thanks!
Thanks!

My tuner believes I have a short somewhere. I have no idea where but he urges me to double check. It doesn’t make sense to me how a short could have come out of nowhere.

Alright everybody here’s my email that I sent to Hondata regarding my issue. This is the end
Here’s the final verdict:
I have tested every single possible thing that could cause vtec to not engage.
New solenoid
New wiring
New map and tuner
New fuel pump
Adjusting fuel pressure
Timing
Rocker arm assembly
Cams
Oil pressure
Now lastly I decided to Hotwire the solenoid and vtec DOES engage when I manually connect it to a power source. This means the solenoid lets oil through, i have oil pressure and the rocker arm assembly is working as it should.
I understand that hondata operates using pulsed grounds everywhere in the ECU (not 100% sure on this) except for that the vtec solenoid is the only 12v signal the ecu provides.
You suggested I try someone else’s ECU. There are 2 reasons I cannot do this. The first is that nobody around me has Kpro. Secondly and more importantly I cannot take responsibility or liability if I destroy someone else’s $1100+ ecu.
On the website I see that hondata is not accepting RMA at this time and I wonder if there is an ETA on when you will reopen fully? If so I actually have 2 Kpro for s2000 I would like to send in. One of them is my own and the other is a friend of mine. Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks again, Max
