Default Tornado Fuel saver doesn't fit right?

I've had the tornado on there for a whyle and when I intalled it It was smaller than the intake piping so I tried to stretch it out so it would grab the walls...

I took a look at it a week later and the tornado was half-way in my throttle body!!!

I tried putting electrical tape arround the tornado hopping it would stay till but when I took it off last night it was still in my throttle body and the reason I checked on it was because it was making a hissing sound witch isn't there since I removed it...

I don't know about gas milage loss or gain yet cuz I just took it out and havent driven many miles...

Would anyone have a few helpful words of advice???

Thanks

Philip

Yeah, I saw a report that it was a total scam, it doesn't do ANYTHING it claims to do.

Ever since I installed my Tornado and my grounding kit, I make 250 rwhp and get 38mpg on 87 octane gas. At least, I haven't actually measured it yet, but that's what the guy at the state fair booth promised.
