After doing some searching on BITOG I found some posts mentioning Torco oil doesn't hold its TBN very long.
TBN = Total Base Number, it is an indication of the oils ability to "fight becoming an acidic oil".
Low TBN = more change of the engine oil becoming acidic = more wear.
There were also posts saying its good stuff, but expensive.
I've never heard of it in Europe.

I used Torco motorcycle racing synthetic 20-50 in my motorcycle before. It was horribly expensive ($12/liter) and doesn't perform any better (longevity, smoothness of tranny/engine/etc) than the $6/liter Repsol. I'd look elsewhere probably for an oil.
