Hi...Im new to the site just got an S2 about a week ago its an 03 but all of a sudden it wont open anymore I hold the button down and nothing can someone tell me exactly what has to happen in order for me to be able to put the top back like for example I have to take off the locks etc. ....and if someone can tell me the first spot I should look to fix this problem thanks

unlatch BOTH latches. obvious.
vehicle speed must be at 0mph.
park brake must be APPLIED. or at least pulled up enought to illuminate the red "park" lamp on the cluster.

these are the criterias for the top to operate from factory.

It is probably your ebrakes =].

parking brake, dont feel bad a lot have missed that step at first.
