TODA Manifold measurements

TODA Manifold measurements
I have recently built a Lotus-7 style kit car which I fitted with an S2000 engine, gearbox and 50mm ITBs / Emerald ECU. (~660kg on the road) Currently the exhaust system is a bodge of the original manifold and so I'm getting the whole lot rebuilt in 2 weeks time.
I have bought another spare S2000 manifold to give to the fabricator to copy the lengths, diamters etc but make fit in my chassis. It seems that rather than use the original Honda design, the manifold of choice if money-no-object is the TODA design and since I'm spending over $2500 getting it all made properly, and bespoke then I'd like to use the best design possible to optimise output!
I have contacted TODA and explained the situation that their manifold wouldnt remotely fit my chassis but they said that they would only give me the measurements after I bought their manifold (fair enough since they have done the R&D). TODA openly give out their pipe diameters but I need to know the primary, secondary lengths etc.
Does anyone have these measurements or know where I can get them?
Cheers, Jon

You might try contacting one of the vendors who sells them to see if they would be willing to measure one in the box.
Otherwise, it may be tough to find out.
You might try posting in the UK s2ki forum to see if there is an owner near you with a toda header willing to let you do all the work to remove it, measure and replace. Or perhaps someone has one on order and would let you measure before it's installed.

Is the Emerald ECU tunable? I'm guessing if it is, as long as the header design you actually use is as good as OEM, you can optimize engine output by tuning the ECU.
Post up more details and pics, your project sounds SIIIICK, power to weight ratio FTW.

The Emerald ECU is made by a UK company and is very popular over here for pretty much any engine, especially the Lotus Elise. It works well on the S2000 engine but isnt exactly plug and play so you wouldnt want it on an actual S2000 really. I did the initial setting up and emission tweaking on the original inlet manifold myself as it has Wideband Lambda so it pretty easy. I then hooked up a set of Jenvey 50mm ITB's and took it to a rolling road to setup the part throttle settings and fine tune the map. It only made 247bhp (crank) so I'm hoping for a bit more with the new exhaust manifold before maybe going supercharged next year.

Here's a clip of the last dyno run which a friend took for me. I used a 4.27 LSD diff as it doesnt really need gearing higher but its great for powerslides

Looking on Quaife's website I see they now offer a complete Sierra diff using a redesigned stronger casing.
