Thanks! The plan was to dub over voice instruction rather than music but, that plan has been OBE.

Changed the oil today and the motor sounds much better. I am still going to replace the TCT.

On another note, I fixed the stall like symptoms at idle. All I did was increase the idle slightly and the car no longer drops below 500 rpm, which is where the shaking and shuttering starts. I bumped it a little under 1k and the it sounds much smoother. I hated being at a red light and my car would shake or shut off like it needed a tune up. I read this on a post and I did not want to do this, because I thought you be able to hear the higher idle. I can not tell I even adjusted it by the sound. Glad to be back to normal.
