Default Timing Chain Tensioner or Valve Adjustment?

So my 04 has right around 99k on it, almost 100k. Every morning at startup I notice this ticking noise, sounds like a valve tap but it eventually goes away after 5 seconds or so. I thought it was normal because it sits overnight and no oil is in the head, but then it happened again for like 1-2 seconds after i drove it, parked it, and came back 10 mins later to leave again. Other than that, no issues that I am aware of. I dont know what the service intervals are for the valve adjustment but that was my first thought, but than I read a thread and it sounded like a TCT so where do I start?

Side note, I put regular DINO 10W-30 Mobil Oil in it with the generic lube shop filter. Would that make any difference? Maybe switch to synthetic?

TIA

its the tct, also you shouldnt switch to synthetic oil after 70k, just stick to dyno it will be fine.
