Timing chain tensioner noise after replacement

i got the timing chain replaced, because i was having the timing chain tensioner noise problem that most people have, i was told by the dealership that in order for it to go away permanently all three items had to be replaced..
It's a chain for pete sake, not a belt. I replaced my TCT a long time ago. The noise went away, still hasn't returned, cost me $120 and an hour (had to remove supercharger assembley).
