AWESOME.

where can we get a modified TCT.
You'll be doing a DIY, no parts to buy

I sent a PM to my guy to see how it's doing. stay tuned for the results....

hey when the TCT is going out will the car lose power? like i used to have a 5.0 stang, and when i would advance the dist. to far it would lose power and be super sluggish. it seems like my car does that automaticly now. just when im normally accelerating shifting around 3-4k. sometimes it doesnt want to move forward. sounds like it could be the TCT throwin the timing out of wack?

Time to send out details so you can get a larger sample size on the test results.

Just changed my tensioner out today with a new one and it purrs like a kitten now. Glad it was just this little piece of junk.

On a side note, mine only did it when the car was warm and would do it up to 4K RPM.

All,
It is my car that has the modified/sandblasted TCT from bill. I replaced my original last summer with a brand new from honda. The noise came back this year, bill threw in the modified TCT and she is like brand new again.

And for those who are currious I use Mobile 1 Full Synth all the time.

Thanks Again Billman!!!!!!

Bill, I have 2 spare TCT's layin around that i could send up, you can keep one, fix it and sell it, and return the other with the modifications for me for use in my car.
