Timing Chain Tensioner Noise

Timing Chain Tensioner Noise
I have another timing chain question/noise. I have always had the initial noise upon startup, but now I have another noise. When the motor is hot and I have had the car off for about 10 minutes and restart, I get a noise that sounds like angry bees under the hood or a poker card in the spokes of a fast moving bike wheel. My S is an 02 with 13k miles. The car runs fine.
I was wondering if this is the noise that some of you have had before you replaced the tensioner.
Please do not post or ask questions about the serpintine belt tensioner here! It has nothing to do with the timing chain.
DIY instructions with pictures on page 2 mid way down.

I changed mine at around 10K miles, but mine had previously had the head off. Now I'm thinking that didn't have anything to do with it. Sounds like this is just a common problem.

I get a slight squeaking/rattle noise from under the only while under acceleration at lower speeds, such as 1st/2nd gear leaving a stop sign. Sound familiar to anyone?

Hey Billman, would you be interested in helping me to do this and we could put together a DIY guide in the process? I am right down in NJ and could swing up whenever.
Thanks,
Sean

I know I've seen a post that talks about it (with pictures), but can't remember if it was a DIY guide or just someone bitching about having to replace theirs.
