Default Timing Chain Tensioner Issues

Hey Gents,
I bought my s2k in November. For the first few months I didn't have any issues, but in January or February the TCT went up. I decided to replace with an OEM, which was a mistake, during my turbo install. The TCT was fine for maybe a month or two, until it started making the noise again. This time I tried to the better thing and use Billman's sandblasting method. I was excited to see it work very well for the first month, but now It's making the noise again. I'm at loss now as to what to do. This single problem is causing to not enjoy driving my baby. I think the next step is to just go to a an aftermarket one, but I can't seem to find one online for sale. I'm worried also about buying an aftermarket one because to my knowledge my timing was turned up during the tuning, and I don't know if this would effect it.
Any tips or suggestions or anything at all would be helpful.
Thanks,
Joe

"timing turn up" is referring to your ignition timing. My TCT will have no affect on that.

Thank you very much. Just changed my oil yesterday and the noise seems to be gone for right now, but I'm sure it will come back, so I'll be ordering one when it does.

As a member who had gone through 2 TCTs (OEM) the smartest thing you can do is purchase Billman's.
