Default Timing chain tensioner

I'm about to replace the timing chain tensioner for the third time in a little less than 1 1/2 weeks. The last 2 were used with about 30-50,000 miles on them. I am going top buy a new, tomorrow from honda and I currently run 15/50 mobil 1 synthetic with a k&n oil filter. If this fails a 4th time I don't know what to do. Motor it's stock except for AEM v2 intake and a stage 2 comp clutch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dont buy an OEM it's bound to go bad again. Buy one from Billman. It has a lifetime warranty

Why are you running a 15/50? Are you tracking this car and running boost?

Maybe the issue you're having isn't the TCT.
