i have this exact same sound. atleast i think i do heh...it never does it when its cold...and you start hearing it about when it hits 3 bar's on the temp gauge...i have an 02 with 48k miles. dealer said its "normal" and not to worry. its annoying as a mofo and i'm waiting until it gets a bit warmer out to really find out the cause as it seems harmless.
soozookablues2k by any chance is your accessory belt warn out? mine seems kinda old and i think it might be causing the noise..maybe even one of the pully's. if i find it i'll post here...

The TCT failure is a known issue and unfortunately very common. A search on "timing chain tensioner" will turn up 50-100 threads on this forum alone. Go to the FAQ at the top of this forum and you'll find a DIY for how to replace the TCT. You can get a new one for about $110 from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com .
