ALWAYS use a torque wrench to tighten lug nuts. ALWAYS insist that a tire shop or mechanic shop use a torque wrench to tighten lug nuts.
The S2000 requires 80 ft/lbs on the lugs. I use 90 ft/lbs but I cannot promote this to anyone else.

As the man said above, ALWAYS...ALWAYS use a torque wrench when tightening your lug nuts. I also use 90 ft/lbs.

I use 80 pounds using my torque wrench. I don't believe in over torquing, however I do make sure to re-torque the bolts after a few hard runs during autocross.

There's nothing worse (almost) than having the threads stripped off your studs by a careless shop. It's happened to me twice with past hondas and now I carry a torque wrench to the shop when I get tires mounted.

When you get a 19mm socket, get the
"six point" style for a better fit and distribution of forces on the lug nuts. The multipoint (must common) style has a higher potential to strip

It would be pretty hard to strip a lug nut that is properly torqued.
