Default Tie rod end ball joint all greasy

So I'm doing the wheel bearings on the S2k and pulled the spindle off by popping all 3 ball joints. The tie rod end's joint it pulled up on the boot when I popped it and a bunch of the grease came out. The boot actually seems fine other than the fact that it got pulled up a bit. Do I:
A) Just put it back together and tighten it and it'll reseat the boot
B) Put some grease into the boot and push it back down
C) Replace the tie rod end

I can take a picture if that helps. Thanks for any input.

It actually wasn't slid up, I remembered wrong, actually just some of the grease had slid out and the boot had deformed a bit. I just squeezed the boot a bit and it went back to its original shape, and I didn't lose much grease. I think it's good.
