are you confirming that the noise went away after you changed your injectors?

Can you post a new video of the sound fixed?

I think he is saying that the noise is normal injector noise.

Correct^

Solenoids are simply loud, and being a front-mid engine car with a rather thin firewall, the ticking is very audible (and, normal)

That Boosted Films video is great. Makes me wonder if I might occasionally mix up loose valve noise and normal injector noise. Honestly, it seems pretty rare that you get loose valves making noise. It seems more common to have valves get too tight over time, and make less noise, not more.

If you watch the OPs video of his running engine I think you can here the injectors when the mic is pointed at the fuel rail and then that sound fades as he pans to the exhaust side of the engine. Still hear noise over on the exhaust side. None of it bothers me at all. But, you do get a good example of the unique sound of the fuel injectors in what seems like a normal engine.
