I have a clicking noise but its only on acceleration at low speeds it'll click once in second while the car is cold other than that its fine, any idea what I should replace?

Start by searching "axle nut tsb".
Perform this procedure, as every s2k in existence requires it.
Noises, bad wheel bearings and hubs will follow if it's not done.
