ive noticed a slight thud noise when the weight of my car shifts from front to rear and vice-versa. It does it when i shift and when im in gear at a low rpm and give it a lil gas or decelerate and shift the weight of the car forward to back.

could be your diff. my rear end was making noise on deceleration, i drove it for a few more days... and BOOM!! bye bye

I think I got the same problem as you, at least I have the same symptoms as you. To me it seems like there is excessive play in the diff either from a worn ring gear and pinion or maybe a bad bearing. I'll be looking into it in the next couple of weeks. I'll let you know what I find.

i think its just alot of clearance in the ring/pinion gear mine does that when you put it in gear.
