Throw Out Bearing Problem? Maybe?

Throw Out Bearing Problem? Maybe?
Well recently i have been getting a lot of whine from my car. It wasn't that bad before because lets face it S2ks tend to be loud. But, now its just unbearable. It only happens in low RPMs, and usually around 20-45mph. Sound goes away when the clutch pedal is pushed in or its not in gear (but obviously when the clutch pedal is in, and i am not hitting the gas hence why the noise is gone) . Never does it beyond 5k - 6k RPMs either. This is why its leaving me to believe it could be a bearing of some sort, and throw out bearing was the first thing that came to mind. I also have no problems with my clutch, and no problems with shifting or anything. Just this whine is insane now. Its also getting a little crackly as well (which is leading me to believe its now completely bad). Any suggestions, hints?

Well its kinda hard to tell honestly. It only seems to do it at lower RPMs and at lower speeds, once Vtech engages it does not do it anymore. It sounds normal. I am assuming like i said earlier it because the clutch has engaged at that point. I have no problems with my clutch at all, its just this noise that's unbearable.
I would like to stress it does not do it unless i am in gear, and just driving normal. No sound while idling, the sound is more prominent at the lower end gears mainly 1-4, but it will make the sound if i am in 5-6the gear the just at lower speeds. I guess what i am getting at once i accelerate hard its gone it sounds normal. I guess i should mention as well if i am in gear but my foot is not on the gas it will not make the sound.

well if your sitting in neutral and idling with the clutch pedal released and it is not making that sound then it is most definitely not your throwout bearing. believe me i know ive had it happen many times before and really it is one of the most annoying things in the world. and usually if the throwout bearing is going then the clutch release fork usually needs to be lubed as well because usually 9 times out of 10 itll squeak when you depress and release the clutch. nothing more embarassing than rolling up to a light in a fine ass looking car and some fine lookin honey looks over at you and all you can think is shes gotta be thinkin wtf is that rattling and sqeaking noise? its a real ego killer!
